An Italian late 19th century giltwood, silvered and painted stool in the form of a phoenix probably Venetian Of typical form, with a drop-in seat, on a shaped circular base terminating in scrolled feet, with an indistinct inscription , 79cm high. Footnotes: The present lot is most likely to be either in the form of a swan or a water phoenix, and not as described online.
